Fundraising the fun way!
Are you into scrapbooking or
just in need of a really good
fundraising program? Either way,
LaserLine has programs that
provide great fundraising
opportunities for your school
organization! LaserLine provides
a truly unique program that is
sure to sell well. The LaserLine
program provides your
organization with a complete
package of customized school
spirit products uniquely
designed for your school! There
are two unique programs each
with their own merits.
Program 1
With Program 1 you select 1
or 2 items like the
vinyl
appliqué that are custom designed
and produced for your booster
club. The club purchases these
items in bulk starting with a
minimum of 24 units. These items
are then sold at games or
concerts or other highly
attended events by the booster
club or parent organization.
Program 2
Program 2 is more of a
traditional fundraising program
where students go out and sell
the product and then the orders
are placed to receive and
deliver the product.
Examples
Program
1 Example - Your local
football booster club "The
Gridiron Bombers" contacts
LaserLine and order 48 of the
LaserLine
vinyl appliqués. They pay a
one time $15.00 custom design
setup fee and purchase the 48
appliqués at the fundraiser
cost of $6.00 each or 48 x 6 =
$288.00. Their total cost on the
first order is $15 + $288 = $303
They then sell the
appliqués for $12 each at
the Gridiron Bombers booster
tent at the football games.
Because the
appliqués are custom
designed just for the Gridiron
Bombers, they sell very quickly.
The booster club nets a $275
profit. When the club re-orders,
they just have to pay $6 each,
because the one time setup fee
has already been paid.
Program 2
Example - As the
cheerleading sponsor, you need
to raise money for the
cheerleading squad to go to the
state cheerleading competition.
You contact LaserLine and
provide the information about
your school colors, mascots and
names. LaserLine designs 4 to 6
scrapbooking product packages,
most of them with
school spirit customized
product for your school. We
usually will put in 1 or 2
packages with more generic
scrapbook items - you do not
want to lose a sale just because
one of your cheerleader's
neighbors' children go to a
private school. After LaserLine
assembles the packages, with
selling prices ranging from $10
to $25, LaserLine will print
promotional/order sheets for the
squad to take to sell to friends
and family. You can also set up
a table at the home games and
take orders. At the campaign
close date, you collect all of
the order sheets and place the
order with LaserLine paying the
fundraising price at 50% of the
selling price for a 100% markup
for the club - LaserLine
produces the order and ships it
back to you to distribute back
to the squad for delivery to the
buyers.
